Product information "Eranthis hyemalis"
In the early spring, between January and March, blooms a winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis). Every Aconite has one stem with one yellow flower, surrounded by beautiful green foliage. The small bulbs from the Eranthis originated in South-Europe, but this bulbous plant has eventually naturalised in the rest of Europe. Winter aconites need very little care since they are very enduring and naturalise easily. They bloom at the same time as snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis) and are the earliest announcers of the spring, which makes them perfect to be mixed together.
