Japanese bloodgrass (Imperata cyl.) 'Red Baron'

The Imperata cylindrica Red Baron variety beguiles with its beautiful and unique foliage colour. In the lower area, the leaves of the Japanese blood grass are green. The upper part is an intense red, especially in summer. Newly emerging foliage leaves are light green, darken in their growth and are ruby red in midsummer.
