Ordering

At QFB Gardening, you can place your order in two ways: with or without an account. We recommend you to create an account so that we can keep in touch about the shipping of your order. While creating an account, you will be requested to enter the information necessary so that we can execute and ship your order. You may rest assured that this information is treated confidentially and never to be provided to a third party (read our privacy policy). You can change your data at any time in your account under Personal data.

Once you have created an account, shopping can begin. This can be done in several ways. By browsing through the entire range and letting yourself be surprised and inspired, or by searching specifically for the products you want. You can do this in the search bar at the top of the page or in the search menu on the left. Here you can select the type of flower bulb you are looking for, but you can also select flowering time, flowering height or colour. In this way you only get to see the products that are of interest to you.

Once you have found a product you would like to order, simply click the Add to Cart button. This will add the product to your order. This screen can always be opened by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. You will immediately see the contents of your shopping cart. You can always adjust your order while shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout button in the shopping cart. This will take you to the next screen. You will be asked to choose the address where your order should be delivered. This can be the address you entered in your account, but you can also choose the option Other delivery address. If you choose the latter option, a screen will appear in which you enter the recipient’s address details.

When you are done, press Next. This will take you to the last screen where your order is completed. You can also adjust your order here by removing products or changing the number of packages. At this point, you can still go back to the store to add more products. You are asked to choose the payment method. There are several payment options: PayPal, iDEAL, Credit card, Sofortbanking, Belfius Pay, bancontact, Klarna (pay within 14 days) or manual bank transfer. You can also redeem a discount code here.

If you click Complete order, your order is final and we will start processing your order after receipt of payment. You will then receive an order confirmation in your email.
