Anemone blanda
Anemone blanda is a beautiful Eastern anemone in shades of blue. This variety stays low and is very suitable for naturalising purposes. Rodents and deer are not interested in these flowers. The Eastern anemone (Anemone blanda) is hardy and part of the buttercup family. They originate from Greece and Turkey.
Anemones also flower perfectly in flowerpots in between other flowers. You can try to play a little bit with flowers of different heights and combine the tall allium with these low anemones.

Other information
• Choose a nice spot in a border or nice, well-drained pots. • Soak the tubers in water for at least 3 to 6 hours. • Plant the tubers at a depth of 3 to 5 cm and for a beautiful effect, plant up to 5 tubers per planting hole. • Water the tubers well after planting. • If they are planted in a pot, continue to water them when the potting soil starts to become dry.
