The Euphorbia martini is an evergreen perennial and is convincing in rockery or in the herbaceous border. The spurge, as it is also called, shows itself in the flowering season with small, red flowers surrounded by greenish-yellow bracts. Each small flower is cup-shaped and its stems are unique and beautifully coloured red. It will reach a height of about 70 cm and is the ultimate shade plant, preferring well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Enjoy its flowering from March to May.
