Crocosmia ‘Emily McKenzie’, also known under the old name Montbretia, is an orange and purple flower with a lovely scent. Crocosmia is easy and hardy. It blooms in places where other flowers can’t grow that easily. When the soil is moist in winter it is better to take the bulbs out or to cover them. You can save them in moist grass.
